At Swords Stables, Wisdom and Wonder are our roots. It is the fertile ground from which all creation grows. We hold a learning orientation to life, where there is no failure or perfection, only cycles of discovery and renewal. Like the seasons, we till, plant, nurture, and return, knowing that every experience — expansive or contracted — deepens understanding and invites awe.

ABOUT ELIZA SWORDS
Eliza Swords is a writer, mythologist, and creative visionary who lives between New York and Los Angeles. A lifelong student of human nature, she holds a Master’s in Spiritual Psychology from the University of Santa Monica and a Master’s in Mythological Studies with an emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she is currently completing her doctorate. Her body of work includes two novels in progress, numerous essays and poems, and the direction of several one-woman shows that explore the intersection of myth, psyche, and modern womanhood.
As the founder of Swords Stables, Eliza lives the values she teaches: Wisdom and Wonder, Curiosity and Care, Alchemy and Action. Through writing, teaching, and creative mentorship, she invites others to experience the same transformation that shaped her own life—turning pain into beauty, confusion into clarity, and longing into creation. Her work is both a practice and a prayer for a more vivid, connected, and imaginative way of being, where every life becomes a living story worth telling.
